I found this unanswered question when doing a cleanup of the community. For an issue like this, you would definitely want to reach out to Canvas Support. The community hers is made up of Canvas users, admins, etc, but we are unable to see your specific Canvas instance or account, and therefore not really able to provide tech support for an issue like this.
