Two emails (different people) linked to one name

I have a husband and wife that both were to create accounts on CANVAS.  Somehow both emails were linked to the husband's name.  When I look in Shirl does not show up in my course roster, but if I go to add her e-mail her husband's name pops up and I cannot add nor change the name.  If I go to add his (Harris's) email his name ALSO pops up.     

 

How can I get her into the class?

This is definitely something that your local Canvas Admin can help you sort out if you're working with your institution-owned account. Admins can adjust sign-in and primary email details.
