I have set up Outcomes for my class but I do not see Learning Mastery in the Gradebook to view data, etc. Any steps I need to take?

Have you enabled the Learning Mastery Gradebook at the Course Level? If it's enabled, you should be able to switch between the Learning Mastery Gradebook and the standard Gradebook under Grades.
