Canvas error

Canvas isn't loading on my computer and I've tried restarting it and using different internet connections

Hello @SarinaTorres ...

Sorry that you are having difficulties with Canvas.  Do you mean that you've tried different internet browser (not internet connections)?  These are the things that have been recommended:

• Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date.  If you haven't tried either of these yet, try either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.  Also, take a look at this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
• Clear your browser's history/cache files.  Then, once you've done that, you can shut down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed for the better.

• Try to reach out to folks at Santa Barbara City College who work directly with Canvas...such as their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department.  I was able to visit their website, and I found the following pages which might have some help documentation and support links for you: Canvas Help - Santa Barbara City College (sbcc.edu) and Canvas Technical Support - Santa Barbara City College (sbcc.edu).
• Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff...as they might have some other things for you to try as well.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
