I have been messing around with my sandbox, but would like to start from scratch again. How do I clear my sandbox so it goes back to its initial empty/blank default setting I began with?

You may be able to reset the course content. Just double-check that there isn't anything you need to refer to later. Content is not recoverable. 🙂
