I've watched the diabetes tutorial video multiple times (9minutes plus) and my progress is not saving, so it does check off that I've completed that section. Very frustrating and very time consuming. Please help!

Can you please describe where you are seeing a progress option? This almost sounds like a question that you would need to address with your instructor...as you have posted this question in the global Canvas Community website, and we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s). You can contact your instructor by using the following Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?.
