Password Reset

Question

I have been trying to log on to canvas on my laptop & I just so happened to forget the password. I have been trying to reset my password for 3 days. I haven't received the reset email each time that I have put it in. It's not in my spam mail or anything.

You may need to reach out to Jarvis Christian College's IT department or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department.  Each school that uses Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) handles their login process differently, and that may include password resets.  Please check out these Guides (specifically the info in the light blue box at the top of the page):

I would start with talking to folks at your school.  They should be able to help you out.  Good luck!
