One of my students logged into Canvas on my computer to complete an assignment and now when I log them out, when I click on Canvas it automatically logs her back in. I've tried closing the browser, unsaving passwords, etc. Any suggestions?
@murawski have you tried deleting your cookies? You can also try clearing your cache. Here are instructions for doing that on a PC and on a Mac
Hopefully, this will help, if not, this may be an issue with your school's portal, you might check with your IT department. If they can't help you, you can follow up with Canvas support.
