I was logged in and now I need to reset my password. I requested the link yesterday and I'm still waiting for the link. I am unable to work on my assignments. What can I do?
Hi @NicoleImbriano I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble resetting your password. There are a few things that could be happening. Have you checked any other email accounts you might have added to your Canvas account, like an alternate personal email or school email address? I also recommend requesting another link, as the one you requested yesterday is likely expired at this point. Make sure to check spam folders and any other filters in your email.
