Trying to open the course and need to unlock sections for the students to be able to access. Clicking on the lock icon is not working

Is it possible that a lock date was set on this course? If so, you may have to change the lock date.
Since you can't unlock modules in unpublished courses, double-check to make sure the course has been published.
