I recently switched schools and am using Canvas after using it somewhere else the last couple of years. Is there a way to access my old courses from another district?

You would need to be able to access the other school with the username/password you had there. Both Canvas environments are different (and would most likely have different ways to log in). If you were able to get access, you could then export the course content and then import that export into your new Canvas environment.
