Parent enrolled as student

Question

I logged into Canvas for the first time this school year, and in trying to get the correct classes for each of my kids displayed, I realized that I am somehow enrolled in 3 classes as a student, in addition to being enrolled as an observer. Is there a way to remove my student enrollment?

Hi @MaryFain -

This is something that the Canvas Admin for CCPS can help you do. If you call the school your student attends and ask to work with the Tech Support group, they hopefully are able to redirect you!
