Hi, I am trying to upload my school logos. I get an error it doesn't load and when I click on preview page the logos doesn't appear. and they only allow the default one.

Are you a Canvas administrator for your school's Canvas environment? If so, are you trying to upload your school logo to the "Themes" area of Canvas?
In the second link, within the light-blue box at the top of that Guide, there is a linked PDF file called "Canvas Theme Editor Image Templates PDF". It gives some guidelines on the kinds of images you should use and the size of those images. Have you been following that information?
