There are a few things you can try on your own to resolve this:
If you are able to see your Canvas Dashboard but do not see any courses displayed, it may be that your school has not enrolled you in your courses yet. This would be a question for you to ask of your school's Canvas administrator.
Beyond that...if you are still having difficulties, you might want to contact Canvas Support.
