Please help me figure out what to do about this error message on the commons page. Every time I try to open up a lesson, I get this.
Hello there, @Nalani ...
I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting here unanswered for such a long time. I am hopeful that you've been able to get this issue resolved, though. When you have situations like this where you are encountering error messages or screens where you expect to see something else, I typically recommend to reach out to Canvas tech support. Maybe you did that already and have found a solution. Or, maybe the issue somehow resolved itself. I'll include a link on how to contact the Canvas Help Desk staff so that you and others who come across this question have it as a reference:
How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?
Also, if this was resolved, please come back to this topic to let us know that as well. Thanks much!

If I set…

For example, user 1 is xyz@gmail.com without a…
Canvas Portfolios provide a powerful platform for students to document their learning journey, reflect on their progress, and showcase competencies. However, in programs where multiple educators are involved in assessment—such as team teaching, moderation, or competency-based evaluation—there are important questions about…
I wonder if others have had this response, but I think it is troubling messaging for students that, no matter how well they may do on an assignment, they are given a signal that anything below a perfect score should be marked/denoted with a red color, as if those grades are poor, or even lesser. I think it is harmful for…
