Hi, We are transitioning to ILP to sync course data from Colleague to Canvas. The connection itself is working successfully. However, I need some assistance with getting Blueprint courses applied to the course shells in Canvas. Currently, we use a .csv courses file to create the courses and associate them with the…
I have a teacher with a quiz that is graded, but the assignment itself goes into our SIS (PowerSchool), but th egrades are not going over, but the sync information says it all went over. How do I remedy this?
Hello, We populate our Canvas via Banner SIS connections, Loading is going great, but we want to develop a policy on removal - I searched the community - are there any best practices for managing students and faculty accounts? At the end of the semester, 13 of her 78 students had different percentages, with 8 of those being corner cases, resulting different letter grades. And all of those scores were higher in Canvas. I…
Hello, Is anyone doing a grade sync from Canvas to Jenzabar? Thanks!

I am working with a partner school that has been told by their IT staff that you cannot cross list courses in Canvas and have IC integration two-way. Does anyone have experience with this, or has done this successfully? Thanks!

Do all staff have to be involved in the sync or can we run it for a smaller subset of staff? Do all assignments have to be synced, or can the teacher designate which…
A teacher's grade sync from Canvas to Aspire is resulting in an error saying that the assignment was skipped due to "no due date was set". Yet, in each of those assignments there is a due date. I have had issues with these same assignments because it's been assigned to some students in the section, but not all. when I…
