A teacher's grade sync from Canvas to Aspire is resulting in an error saying that the assignment was skipped due to "no due date was set". Yet, in each of those assignments there is a due date. I have had issues with these same assignments because it's been assigned to some students in the section, but not all. when I…
When a student turns in a late assignment, I need it to also show as late in Skyward. Having to go in and manually mark multiple assignments late for 130 students is tedious and time consuming. If Canvas recognizes the assignment as late, the same mark needs to be sent to Skyward when it is synced.
I am supporting a teacher who has GPB set up for her classes. She has 1 student whose grades do not sync to the Q SIS. How can I find the root of this issue?
How do I add a student to an existing benchmark assessment tracker? The students were imported from our SIS when tracker was created and this student has recently enrolled.
When I sync my grades from Canvas to PowerTeacher Pro, even though they appear as letter grades in Canvas, they always display as points in PowerTeacher Pro. I have to manually go in and change each assignment in PowerTeacher to display letter grades. How do I fix this?

The sync has worked for other scores, but those were assignments in which I manually put the scores. The assignment for the quiz synced, but all scores were missing after the students completed it. I initially had the quiz…
Is this a Canvas issue or Skyward Q issue? Comments and assignment indicators (missing, no count) from Canvas are no longer transferring over to Skyward Q after synch. This is the first year that comments and indicators do not transfer.

I saw the full batch import script below for Powershell, but we use Linux servers. Does anyone have a version they would…
Hello, we are a school that is new to FACTS this year and are looking for support with syncing grades in Canvas with our SIS, FACTS. We seem to be missing some required functionality. Was there a change to how grades synch to SIS? I want to synch by section and not overall assignment.
