When I create an Evaluation Portfolio it creates a snapshot of the enrolments, then I can no longer add learners once published. I am set to CST timezone both personal calendar and canvas profile/calendar. However, when I download the canvas calendar to my iCalendar it shows GMT instead of CST. How do I prevent that from changing in my iCalendar when I download the Canvas assignments? Thank you in advance.

I have searched high and low and am still missing the information on how to successfully upload an artifact to my ePortolio. I can get to the assignments and can see where to upload them, however when I select the file and attach, it never shows as attached to the page within the portfolio. Any suggestions?
