Hi!
I've created a "showcase" portfolio for my students to use as a reflective piece. However, some of my students can't access it. Why is that? Any suggestions are appreciated!
Hi @krlacey, are you using a legacy ePortfolio or the new Canvas Portfolio tool? If memory serves, I remember seeing comments regarding the latter where portfolios were only visible to students with just a student role. They had issues viewing if they were also a TA in another class, for example. Can anyone confirm if this has been addressed/remedied?
Hi there, @krlacey!
Just to double-check, did you share the public link as shown in this guide: How do I export and share Portfolio content as an instructor?
If you've already done that and your students still can't see it, it's best to loop in Canvas Support. They can dig a bit deeper into the specific settings to see what might be blocking the view.
Let me know if you have any other questions! -El

Not sure if this is the correct platform, but this is the most frustrating thing ever. I believe it worked before but all of a sudden it's stopped. what is the best way to get books or how long does it take to get .
On 09/13 I noticed when I logged in to my account that I either get a lock symbol which means I do not have access to anything in Canvas or I open a blank page with no content. I have tried - resetting my password 3 times - reaching out to my professor - not very responsive - contacting IT at the college I attend - no help…
I am having difficulty when I try to upload a project. I have clicked on portfolio->add a new project. Then I fill in the relevant information and click publish. It asks Ready to publish? Then I click on the blue publish project button. It then says "Please prove you are not a robot." I can't get past this page. Has anyone…
