When I create an Evaluation Portfolio it creates a snapshot of the enrolments, then I can no longer add learners once published. If I have a subsequent enrolment and create a new Evaluation Portfolio, it includes the new enrolment but also adds all the existing learners - creating two Portfolios for the existing learners. How can I manage additional Portfolio without duplicating for existing learners? I need to retain the once course for the entire year.
