Is there a way to fix the Portfolio PDF export?

Our department is hosting a presentation on Canvas Portfolio for our faculty tomorrow and I have highlighted exporting as a PDF or HTML in the presentation. Out of curiosity, I exported my own test portfolio as a PDF and noticed that it does not format very well. Is there something wrong I'm doing on my end?

New quizzes imported to Canvas Commons only uploaded multiple Choice Question.
I am a Canvas admin and when importing a New Quiz to Canvas Commons it only uploads one multiple choice question. None of the matching, hotspot, stimulus questions, etc are getting uploading. Is this a known issue in Commons and New Quizzes. Am I better off just creating a course and sharing the New Quizzes with staff?

Changing the message 'external tools content can't be previewed'
Would it be possible to alter this message slightly? It makes it look like the content will not work at all.
