Canvas will not download properly. It looks blown up and zoomed in. I have tried edge, firefox and chrome. Currently trying to work in chrome. Have gone through the steps "coach Emeritus" suggested back on 3/12/2018 here in the forum and nothing has helped. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

Sorry to read that you are experiencing the same issue where icons look really large when signed in to Canvas. It sounds like you've also read through the information that Stuart provided in his blog post here:
What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'! - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)
If you are still having issues after trying all of the things Stuart suggested, then I would recommend reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they can be of further help. You can contact them by following the steps in one of these Guides:
Please keep us posted here in the Community...thanks!
My children have exactly the same issue but only with school devices. My personal devices work fine.

How can I delete complete calendars for courses already past? As a teacher I am not able to look at or update the calendar for my next course, but if I change to the student view it shows the calendar just fine. I assume this is because CANVAS selects only the first 10 calendars to show, and I am sure I am beyond that…

We're using pacing to avoid manually dating regular assignments each quarter, but the dates I see are based on when the course was instantiated, while students see dates based on when they were added to the course by [backend software I don't know anything about, presumably]. If I set…
Has anyone else had issues with an influx of duplicate users in Canvas? Ours is currently in the form of an email that already exists, becoming a new user - and not automatically merging with the user ID with the same email that also is linked to our SIS ID correctly as well. For example, user 1 is xyz@gmail.com without a…
Canvas Portfolios provide a powerful platform for students to document their learning journey, reflect on their progress, and showcase competencies. However, in programs where multiple educators are involved in assessment—such as team teaching, moderation, or competency-based evaluation—there are important questions about…
I have a student that was in a tag called "ac" and recently moved him to a different tag, "AC." I did ensure the old tag was removed; however on a canvas PAGE he sees both pages the "ac" and "AC" Canvas Pages. I removed the assigned tags to the page and the one tag to the student thinking maybe if I remove and reassign…
