Request for Temporary Instructor Access to Retrieve Grade Records

Question

Some of our instructors currently have grades recorded only in Canvas, and we need to export/download those courses because we do not have another grade record available.

Given the current instructor access issues affecting the platform, what would be the best way to retrieve this information?

Would it be possible to provide temporary or provisional access to instructors while the broader access issue is being resolved? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Lula_GF

In your instance there should be someone who serves as the admin for the Canvas.  This person would have access to the gradebook for any course and would be able to download the needed files.
