Grades not Syncing to PowerSchool since the May 7th incident

Hello,

In looking at many teachers' records, it seems that grades have not been syncing to PowerSchool successfully since last Friday, even though they have it set up to sync automatically each night. Is anyone else noticing this? Is it intentional perhaps?

We are also a PowerSchool client and it is my understanding that, currently, PowerSchool has disabled grade passback for the time being. You will want to check with your district's I.T. department for updates on this. I know some other SIS products are beginning the process of restarting their connection with Canvas. However, I know we have had internal conversations that we may not reconnect to PowerSchool for the remainder of the school year. For context, our last student day is May 21, so we're very near to the finish line. Good luck with this and I hope you have a wonderful end to the school year.

Oooo, thank you for posting that link for PowerSchool. I had not had time yet today to look it up and I knew it was out there somewhere!

Powerschool re-enabled the sync and we followed the directions they sent and uploaded the file in the secure folder, but our sync is still not working. Has anyone else been able to get it to work? I opened a case with Canvas yesterday but still waiting.

The latest comment on the PowerSchool discussion board says:

Once these actions are taken, Instructure’s Support Team will work to get your integration between Canvas LMS and PowerSchool SIS re-enabled as soon as possible. If you have submitted your credentials to the Sharefile link, and your integration has not been re-enabled within 72 hours please submit a support case.

Student PDF not visible in speedgrader but only when downloaded
