The registration request is timing out

Hi All,
One of our customer is trying to setup an integration with our tool. We are using LTI 1.3 dynamic registration.
The open id configuration request is completed but in our logs we see that we tried to make registration request towards the registration but the request gets timed out.
Any ideas ideas hints what could be going wrong

Additionally, reviewing system logs or error messages during the registration attempt could provide more insight into where the process is breaking down. If available, testing the integration in a controlled or sandbox environment may also help isolate the issue.

From a broader perspective, challenges like this highlight the importance of clear documentation and collaboration between technical teams and end users to ensure smooth implementation.
