How can I unsubscribe from Instructure System Status Updates?

I haven't been a Canvas admin for close to a decade but I'm still regularly receiving tech support status updates like below with no option to unsubscribe. Any idea how I would unsubscribe? Blocking all email from support@instrucure seems like a bad idea (I still sometimes use Canvas to teach) but that's the only other idea I have.

As a fellow Canvas administrator, just to clarify, the "Notifications" screen in Canvas wouldn't provide those kinds of notifications that @Grover8347983452 is asking about.  I could be wrong, but I wonder if Grover would be able to reach out to his school's assigned Canvas Customer Success Manager to see if he can be removed from those mailing lists.

It sounds like he's not able to find a link to unsubscribe, so I think contacting the CSM might be the best option in his case.
