Syncing to SIS only working for some students in the class?

Our school uses Powerschool SIS. Recently, grades for some students aren't syncing over to Powerschool, but Canvas is saying the sync was successful. My grading categories match, the Sync to Powerschool box is checked, and due dates are entered and accurate. In a given assignment, some of the student's grades are syncing over and some are not. I'm assuming there must be some difference in how the students exist in the Canvas class, but I can't find it. Full assignments will all grades have successfully syncing in the past, the issue has just started occurring in the last few days.

@AlexisSikes Have you tried the Remaster Grade Passback in the course to see if the grades will push?

On the Grade Sync details page, when you click on "Completed" does it show errors? If grades weren't able to be pushed you should see messages about that.

If these items don't work I suggest that you contact your Canvas admin at your district so they can take a look at the course setup and contact Canvas support if needed. In the community we don't have access to your particular district setup and SIS issues such as grade sync can be hard to troubleshoot without that information. Hope this helps!
