Can Canvas figure out a way to reconfigure and/or organize the concluded courses?

I have 9 years of Canvas courses listed and every time I have to import or share or add a rubric, etc., I have to scroll through more than 35 different (yet similarly named) courses. Can there be a way to have a Current Year only? Or published only section? Like, have another tab under, similar to when importing shared content: I can choose the class and which module and where in the module. This would be SO helpful, especially since the Past Enrollments section significantly grows each year!

I'm not sure if this is a setting issue or not, but when we go to import a concluded course in my institution, they are all organized by year and term (semester).

One alternative is to create a single Master Course to house your curriculum shell. All of your content is in that course, built and organized the way you want it to look. When ready, you are always importing from that one course that YOU named and all the other courses become irrelevant for this purpose. If you create something within a course you are using with students, you can send it to the Master Course using the "Copy To" option on that page's menu once it is complete. Then go to your Master Course to edit or adjust further if needed.

I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
