How to view Showcase Portfolios published by students?

Hi, I cannot find any documentation on https://community.instructure.com/en/kb/articles/660985-how-do-i-view-portfolios-as-an-instructor with respect to viewing Showcase Portfolios created and published by students?

While logged in my separate student account, I have created and published a Showcase Portfolio. However, I am unable to see this as an instructor while logged into my instructor account:

I understand that this section is possibly blank as per intended design because I have not created a showcase portfolio in my instructor account. If so, could you please advise how are students meant to share their showcase portfolios with teaching staff? For instance, must students use the public share link (which may be problematic for our organisation as we currently have course assignments hidden from public share)?

@Nathan12611872 - I created assignments and asked students to share the public link (anyone with the link) to their showcase portfolio. I've used that method a few times so far it has worked flawlessly. If we want all students to be able to see and comment on others, then we would set up a discussion thread and use the same method. Will that work for you?

Also, it took me a minute as I am getting used to the new community, but I found the student guide which shows how to share a portfolio. I would have worded it differently… i.e., how do I share or export… as more students will share than export, in my view. 😊
