Students can not see Quiz Answers

So I have a quiz for students. I have tried the following, and I have also attempted to select 'see only once' after each attempt. However, students never seem to be able to view it, and I have verified on their screens that there does not appear to be a way to view it. Am I missing something, or are they?

Allow Observers to View Instructor Comments
It would be very beneficial for observers (parents) if they could view instructor comments. If they had access to this information, they could better understand the grading of individual assignments and better understand the errors that their student made.
