Hello,
Is there a way to assign different weights to exams based on student performance, for example, counting the higher-scoring exam as 70% and the lower-scoring exam as 30%? Thank you.
@AzharulIslam It sounds like you may want weights to differ student by student, for example Student A did better on Exam 1, so it counts for 70% for them, vice versa for Student B. Canvas has no feature to do that. Calculations outside of Canvas would be necessary. Exporting to CSV and working in Excel might be the best way to go.
Hello @AzharulIslam!To assign different weights to exams, please refer to the How do I add a grading scheme to an assignment? guide.

Good afternoon everyone, Is it possible for the built-in timer inside the reply button, when the dialogue box opens, to make it a little more distinct so that it is more easily readable? I love recording and uploading my video responses directly inside the homework assignment. Still, it makes it a tad more difficult when…
