Videos will not play on iPad

I am the principal and we just engaged with a school for some On Demand courses who uses Canvas. We provide students with an iPad and now the school parter is saying that videos in Canvas are not compatible with iPads. Here is the error my students are getting. I am an observer for the course. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Hi @PhillipProctor

The message indicates that 3rd-party cookies need to be enabled in the security/privacy settings of whichever web browser the student is using. (This is not uncommon when a frame within a web page is pulling content from an outside server...)

Ah yes, Safari's "Prevent cross-site tracking" feature. I am an Apple use and this is the main reason why I do not recommend using Safari for educational purposes.

I understand why Apple has this feature enabled by default (as an example: so that your Google search results cannnot be easily picked up by Amazon and send you targeted ads).
