Assuming you need access as an Account Admin to your school's Canvas instance, I recommend reaching out to another admin that is able to add you as an admin to the access-level you need. If nobody else is able to do that, you will need to get in contact with your school's Customer Success Manager (CSM) for assistance. If you do not know who your school's CSM is, feel free to reach back out here for help!
