What web browser are you using/they using?
I ask because if it is Safari, maybe the "Prevent cross-site tracking" feature is enabled.
If it is another web browser, check the cookie settings and make them less restrictive,

any additional updates to this problem? We use Google Chrome and it is hit or miss for students as to whether Quizlet embeds work or not. We have tried clearing browsing data, etc. to no luck.
@JenniferBrenes301 So it seemed to have resolved itself after I posted this. There's nothing I had to do with the access from Quizlet, etc., so it was either the Quizlet site was down or a part of it, or like you said, maybe a browser issue.
Glad it resolved for you and your staff. We are still having this issue but there is no rhyme or reason that we can find. Right now I have a class on a Canvas page and half can see the quizlet set and the other half cannot (only see the gray box). If anyone has any additional suggestions, they would be much appreciated.

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
