How do I duplicate a discussion that is in one module so that I can put it in a different module also.

If you want the exact same discussion board, just linked a second time in another module, just click the + on the module, go to the discussion dropdowns, and choose it by name. That will be the same board linked in 2 places.
If you want to duplicate the discussion so that you have 2 separate discussions, you can click on the kebab at the end of the name of the discussion in the original module and click duplicate. Then you can move it to the other module.
