I need to contact my CSM to establish myself as the primary contact at my institution, but no one has the information. I have several tickets outstanding that I have not heard back about. Who can I contact to find out the CSM information?

I would suggest contacting Canvas Help which will be at the bottom of your universal navigation bar when you log in to Canvas. They will be able to look it up based on your institution. Hope that helps!
