Importing a Rise 360 course into Canvas - published to Web

I have published a Rise 360 course using Web and also created the Zipped file.

Next, I uploaded the zipped file to Canvas and expanded it. I used an iframe to open the index.html file, but it did not work!

The index.html works fine on my local hard drive, but not in Canvas! Any help will be appreciated.

This is definitely a gray area with Canvas, but essentially my view is that Instructure never really intended for the files area to act as a web server (which is essentially what extracting that file is expecting).  While that did sometimes work in the past, it seems like Instructure has been working to tighten security of the files area in the past year or so, which has broken some of that gray area functionality (like JavaScript in html files for one that I have seen referenced here before, but I think iframes may have also been discussed).

If your school/institution has the SCORM integration installed in Canvas, I think the best path forward for you would be to export your Rise content as a SCORM package and then upload it as a Canvas assignment that way.
