Nothing is showing up on my To Do list in card view? I've tried refreshing or going into list view, but nothing is fixing it. It's been a problem for the past four days, and it's making it hard to keep track of what assignments I have due.

In checking the "Known Issues" area of the Canvas Community website, I found the following:
[OPEN] Students with more than 50 completed items in the past two weeks show 'Nothing for now' in To Do even when there are uncompleted items to do
(I found this page by going to the "Explore" menu at the top of any page here in the Community and then selecting the "Known Issues" link in the middle column.)
Last week there was also an issue with the To-Do list and the mobile app, but I believe that has now been resolved:
[iOS] Student | To-do list is showing items up until year 4001

Do you know of any solutions to the issue in the first article? As of 1/27/26, it is still unfixed, despite what the article says. I'm not super proficient in troubleshooting these kinds of things, and the article says that there are no known workarounds, so I was wondering if there is some quick solve that maybe wasn't listed on the article. No worries if not, I can work around it for now.

As both issues @Chris_Hofer mentioned have been marked as completed (resolved), I'd recommend that you contact Canvas support if you think you're still having the same or similar issues. The community here is great for collaboration and confirmation of issues, but Canvas support is the correct path to have things investigated and get engineering tickets created for confirmed issues.
In a general sense, I haven't seen any reports of these issues at my institution since the fixes were released.
