How does one moderate quizzes in order to allow additional time for students needing section 504 modifications?

The steps can vary depending on if you're using Classic Quizzes or New Quizzes in your course. For steps on allowing additional time for quizzes in Classic Quizzes, check out Once I publish a timed quiz, how can I give my students extra time?. If needed, you can also allow students extra quiz attempts.
In New Quizzes, you can adjust allowed quiz times and attempts at the student level or at the quiz level.
