Setting up a student sign-up sheet for in class presentation

I would like to have students sign up to present a topic on a particular class day. Is it possible to allow them to access the calendar feature to do so or is there a way to set up a sign-up sheet other than just creating one myself and loading it in as a file?

You could use the Scheduler feature! What is the Scheduler?

There are great use-cases for Scheduler too. From office hours, to sign ups, instructors are able to streamline some of their calendar-related workflows. While it's an awesome feature, it is optional. In the event you do not see it available in your course, you can reach out to your local Canvas Admin to discuss enabling it for your school.
