@jbraverm You are correct. The documentation at How do I move or copy a question from one item bank to another in New Quizzes? states that:
When a question is moved to another item bank, the question will retain its tags. When a question is copied to another bank, the tags from the original question are not copied to the new question.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
