Unable to Submit Lab And Module completed and Scor not visible

Dear Support Team,

My name is Pranjul Pal (Email: palp8812@gmail.com), and I am currently enrolled in the INDEL29 course.

I have completed the 270-[DF]-Lab - Selecting Data from a Database module. The lab shows a green tick mark (✓) indicating completion, but I’m not seeing the Submit button, and the score is not visible. Additionally, I have not received any badge or credit for this lab/module despite completion.

I have tried reloading the page and logging in from a different browser, but the issue persists. Kindly look into this and help me resolve it so my progress can be recorded and the badge can be issued.

Thanks for posting your message. I'm not sure if you realized this or not, but you posted your question in the global Canvas Community website. People from all over the world use this site to ask questions about Canvas, review release notes for the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System), review written and video tutorials, suggest new ideas for software engineers to implement in Canvas, and much more. Unfortunately, this website is not the same as Canvas Support. The vast majority of folks here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses that you are taking. The best option for you would be to contact your instructor directly about how to submit this assignment and how to receive the badge or credit for the lab/module. You can contact your instructor directly within Canvas by clicking on the "Help" menu on the far left-hand side of your screen and then selecting "Ask Your Instructor a Question".

Allow Observers to View Instructor Comments
