Admins - Suggestions for best way to pilot New Quizzes?

As a Canvas Admin - What would be the best way to enable New Quizzes for a hand-selected 20ish courses?

I have considered creating a new Sub-account, and only enable New Quizzes there, but that would mean the courses might lose sub-account specific LTI's or settings that they originally may have had.  Not a deal-breaker, but that would mean we would either have to be more selective with our courses, or configure the new sub-account to somewhat match the original.

Interested to hear of other ideas to attempt to pilot New Quizzes.

The simplest way to manage that is to set the New Quizzes feature option setting to disabled, but unlocked at the account level:

That sets New Quizzes to be disabled by default in courses, but allows the instructor (or the admin) to go choose to enable New Quizzes in the Feature Option settings of the individual course.
