Issue in Accessing Published Files – Namrata Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss)

Hello Everyone,

Some of our students are unable to view certain published files, while others can access them without issue. Our support team has checked for configuration errors but hasn't identified any clear pattern or solution.
