I'm unable to find any way to disaggregate the data from rubric scoring to determine areas of student weakness. Is it really true that once the information is entered in a rubric score, it can never be exported or retrieved for use? Thanks.

In addition to the info @dbrace provided, you may want to take a look at what Canvas calls "outcomes". Outcomes are added to rubrics, can be used just like rubric criterion, and have additional reporting functionality. They may be just what you're looking for if the other option doesn't work for you.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
