My instructor has confirmed that my grade has been published on Canvas, but I am unable to see it on my end. Could you please help me understand why this might be happening or if there is an issue with my account?
Hi @KerimBilhan,
Thanks for posting here in the Instructure Community. While users here are able to help with a lot of Canvas questions, yours is one that really would need to be investigated by Canvas Support. Users here don't have any access to your account, course, or Canvas instance at all, which is why we really can't investigate something like this.
I hope Canvas Support is able to figure out why you can't see your posted grade.
