Student Submissions report not saving times

Our team has been trying to download the Student Submission report for the last few days, yet it doesn't appear to be saving the times set.

Screenshots show the times being generated before downloading the report and how the report looks (note the 0:00 time frame)

Has anyone else experienced similar behaviour? We have raised a ticket with Canvas to investigate and thought to try here too.

Hi @SGarcka,

When following the guidance in the How do I view reports for an account? - Instructure Community - 109 support article, I do not have a "Student Submissions" report.

I have also checked the Canvas Default Account Reports - Instructure Community - 387054 resource document.

Is the "Student Submissions" report a custom or additional paid-for report?
