(As an account admin) how do I see a list of all current courses in my account?

This is really a UI question (as in: I totally know how to extract this list from the API, if I really needed it).

I'm working with a department chair who is an admin on their departmental sub-account. Because of the way our terms are set up (some courses are year-long, some are only a single-term long), multiple terms are currently active simultaneously.

Is there a quick, clean way for the department head to just get a list of all the currently running courses in their account (published and published, although -- for now -- just published would be workable)?

Hi @DeletedUser,

With the admin access that the department chair has, are they able to use Admin Analytics? If they are able to, it is possible to select multiple terms.

@DeletedUser You can either use the SIS Export or Provisioning reports located in the Subaccount settings, depending on how these courses were loaded into your Canvas instance. For more information on how to pull these reports, see How do I view account level reports? For more information about what these reports contain, see Canvas Default Reports.

Hmm. The department head is really looking for a UI approach, so that they can get a list that they can click on. They're dreaming of being able to select multiple terms in the admin Courses view when they filter by term (or just even being able to click on "Active Terms").
