Linking Canvas to eLumen, LTI invalid signature error

Hello,

I am instructor,

Since February I am having this message in all of my courses when I try to link the final evidence to eLumen,

 

             LTI authentication failed.

Invalid Signature.

 

 

I tried to change the browser, to log in as incognite, I  tried also to log in using diverse computers, it seems it´s a failure in the system.

@JuanJoHerrera Hi! Just FYI this is a community forum and as such, we can only answer general questions. Since this is in regards to an LTI integration with your own Canvas instance, you'll want to contact your institution's Canvas support/IT support for assistance.
