Canvas Assignments error to link with Turnitin external tool submission

Hi Canvas,

 

I currently having problem with integrating the Turnitin LTI 1.3 to the current open source Canvas.

I tried to follow the steps in the Canvas guideline and create a user to set up Turnitin tool

However, when adding Turnitin in the Assignments section, the error notifications keep popping up and I could not access Turnitin.

Please support.

Hi @Khoa_Nguyen11,

The error message shown in your screenshot appears to be coming from the Turnitin side of things, not Canvas.  I'd suggest that you contact your Turnitin representative to ensure they have your school account properly set up on their end for LTI 1.3 usage with Canvas.
